I've lived and/or worked (in the Insurance industry) in Lower Manhattan since the '90s and, more recently, spend a lot of time in her waters.  I've also managed to occupy myself ​with other passions and sports.  I've seen some things; I've done some things;  I know some things.  Maybe some of this is useful, interesting, or entertaining to you.
